It was for me a first experience of a sailboat regatta during a very nice race in the Bay of Sydney a big thank you to Xavier for his professionalism and kindness.
Xavier & James treated us to a fun race and a wonderful sailing experience in the Manly Yacht Friday evening race series. The weather was a bit uncooperative at the start but everyone maintained a good attitude despite lack of wind and later rain. They were clearly qualified sailors (in fact instructors) and the boat was well outfitted and taken care of.
It’s an amazing experience, especially for those who loves to sail. The Solace is perfectly well equipped, also Xavier and his team are friendly and very good instructors.
Xavier and the team were amazing. We learned a lot about sailing and curiosity facts about the Sydney harbour. They also made my mum (Brazilian who had just arrived in Aus) very comfortable and she helped them out during the regatta. Thank you, we’ll be back to have the drinks we didn’t have!
Excellent local experience with a very congenial group and a great skipper. He allowed us to ‘help sail’ or sit back and relax while giving us sailing tips and suggestions. We all enjoyed our time on board Solace with Captain Xavier

Xavier and his crew were super friendly, really patient with our children and took great care of us all. They made sure we had the perfect view for watching the New Year fireworks. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.
We chartered Solace for a Vivid cruise around Sydney Harbour in celebration of a 21st birthday. In the words of one of the young ladies: Best. Night. Ever.
The boat was a beauty, the views spectacular, the champagne sparkling, the weather chilly but clear – perfect for what was on offer. And the crew were top rate. Xavier and Dani are clearly passionate about ensuring their clients create great memories. They were very amenable to our requirements, engaging and friendly, while also giving us space to enjoy the evening.
I can highly recommend them for an unforgettable experience.
The crew was of quite varied experiences and Xavier easily communicated with of us as to our abilities and experience. We are experienced sailors and really appreciated the great skippering and well run boat! Highly recommend for any level of sailor.
Excellent day on the water. Very thorough and plenty of safety checks, Xavier is extremely experienced and we learnt lots of tips from putting sails up to anchoring that we can now use on our own boat.
Amazing Sunday sail on Solace. This is a truly beautiful boat, inside and out. Lots of space, gorgeous fit-out, clean, well equipped and luxurious.
